Black video preview with iGPU
Hi, I have Premiere Pro 2018 (12.1) which supports rendering with iGPU so I enabled my iGPU. My problem is that when I try to playback sequence the video preview is black, in project settings I tried to change it to every possible thing there but it didnt help. When I disable iGPU everything is working fine. But I want to use iGPU with the newest Premiere because its a lot of faster (I saw benchmarks). Can you somehow help me ?

I can’t speak directly to your iGPU issue, since I am not familiar with iGPU. But I can say the posts are littered with issues with CC 2018. We have deliberately decided to always stay one version back with CC. In our opinion, all users are being used as Beta testers for new releases.
We just want to get work done.
