    Are you sure your client didn’t give them a credit card for collateral?

    I have a multibridge extreme that almost went in for replacement and they will send a new one overnight gladly but require a credit card number to charge you if it gets lost on the way.

    No credit card needed. I sent it in on an RMA, as there was no need to expedite fedx etc. I loaned client ours, as we have other systems to get us by.
