  Black Magic Intensity Pro and Sony Vegas 11

  I am looking to capture HD with my Sony camcorder. Would like to capture with HDMI. Editing done with Vegas Pro 11. Would this Intensity Pro improve the quality of my footage? Would this be a wise purchase?? Thanks, Mark
