  black lines after using mercalli CMOS fixr

  Hi all, I tried rendering before applying the CMOS fixr and everything was fine and dandy. Now, after applying the CMOS fixr, all the footage has these black lines at the very top of the frame (see pic). How would I go about fixing this? Thanks!
