Black Clips from Sony F5/Avid MC
I am getting black clips in a specific area from an Avid MC AAF export to Resolve.
I think there was a Sony A7s mixed with the F5 in this project.
And Frame Flex isn’t applied to the suspect clips but no issues with all clips with no Frame Flex. -

Did you use multicam in Avid?
Did you commit multicam edits prior to making your list?(this can cause black clips in Resolve)

I do believe the editor used Multicam.
I will check to see if it was set right.
