  • black and white with a bluish tint…

I have some black and white footage that looks a little dull. I want to put a bluish look on it, but I’m not sure the best way of doing that. I tried droping a blue matte over all of my footage and dropping the opacity almost all the way down, but it doesn’t quite look right. What is the best way to get this look?

Put a blue colored matte on top of the files right click on the matte and add change the composite mode of the clip. Try overlay, screen, or multiply and play with the clip’s opacity. This should get you what you want.
