  black 43s appearing over my flash swfs during transitions

  Hi All
  I am new to Flash and a novice at AE. I made a Premiere timeline with AVIs and SWs. The transitions are dip to white. There is a white matte underlying all my clips. The stage on the flash files is white. It looks fine in Premier but when I export the project to AE there are black 4x3s showing up during the transitions of the SWFs. Can nyone help? I’m on a tiht deadline
