Bizzare error regarding Glow effect
I’ve created a template file for my co-workers that has some instances of the Glow effect. One of my colleagues is reporting back an error
She is using version 18.0.1, same as everyone else. Nobody else who has opened it has gotten this error.
I don’t know much about her setup, she said she is using an older Geforce video card but I couldn’t get any other info. She also tried restarting, clearing her cache and preferences.
Has anybody else had this issue? I have to get this approved for another 30 animators whose setups I have no idea about.

That error comes up when your settings have the “Glow Based On” set to “Alpha Channel” and then change the “Glow Colors” to “Original Colors”. I don’t know what you are glowing, but just changing the “Glow Colors” correctly will fix the problem. What is strange is if no one else is getting that error when they open your template, but her template is opening incorrectly.
Using a marker, you could put a note on the layer with the glow explaining what to do in case of error.
