Bitrate cap?
Hi everyone!
I’ve tried endless export option combos to get Vimeo’s suggested 10000 kbps bitrate with my H.264 video (60fps) and the highest I seem to be able to get it is around 4000, no matter how high I set the range in the export.
Anyone have any idea where I’m going wrong?

If you are using VBR, and the video is stable with little movement, the codec will compress at a lower bitrate.
System:
Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
Win 7 64-bit
32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2015.02 (as of 6/2016)
256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF. -
