Bitrate calc
Sometime back I found a bitrate calc somewhere on the web that I really liked. It was a java based html page that I just saved to my HD and was able to open at any time. I know there is one at videohelp.com which is the one that Edward has linked on his site, but this one was different. It would give you the min., ave., and max. bitrate in one calculation. I recently reformatted thinking that I had this bitrate calc saved to a disk somewhere but for the life of me I can not find it. Anyone have any idea where this particular calculator might be found?

Since we don’t know the name or coder, it would be easier for you to pop “bit rate calculator” into the Google searchbox.

Thanks Jeremy, I did do a search and came up with quite a few hits but none of them being the one I had before. Wish I could remember where I got it from…it was the best one I have seen. You could input the length of video, type of audio (acm or pcm), extra content, ya da ya da. Then it would give you the min, ave, and max settings. Always seemed to be very accurate too. I’ll keep looking and if I find it I will be sure to post it.
