I have a dumb question with a probable obvious answer. If the EX1 shoots 35 mb/s (average), would a 60 second clip then be 2.1 gb? Does 35 mb/s ACTUALLY MEAN 35 mb/s straight up? I’m estimating storage needs and I will be purchasing the EX1. Thanks.

It’s 35 megabits per second not megabytes. Just like DV is 25 megabits per second. So the storage requirements are actually quite reasonable. 16 GB is around one hour depending on your frame rate and shooting format.
