Big Font problem In After Effect

in the character palette it looks like you have a 30 pixel white outline set for your font.
to turn off the outline, go to the character palette, and where you can see the color selection square (currently white square in the upper-right corner of the palette), click the outline color and then select ‘none’ (the small square with the red diagonal line across it).
