I created a movie in a program on one of my Mac Pro’s, with Big Endian audio (no choice on the codec used). When I sent it to my other Mac Pro for compression, it wouldn’t play the sound. When I re-exported the original movie through Quicktime with AAC audio it played without issue. Both computers are on the same version of QT. Please let me know if I should post this in a different forum, I didn’t see a QT forum and it is an audio issue. Any thoughts of a fix I need to do on Mac Pro #2 to get this to work? Thanks.

    Hello Ariane,

Will the audio play on the original computer? Which program did you create the clip in?

I’ve done exports from FCP where the audio didn’t follow to iDVD and I’m probably not doing something correctly, but most times it works.

    Regards,
