BIAS again proves they are the best audio software vendor on the market!
Nearly two years ago, they made me whole after a laptop theft, all at no cost.
Today, they fixed me up in just minutes after I lost authorizations when Apple unexpectedly put a new motherboard in my laptop.
I just wanted to say thanks in public.
My experience with other major audio software vendors could not be more different. I’m not high maintenance, but every time I’ve needed BIAS, they have taken care of me promptly and treated me like I try to treat my customers. This is in marked contrast to Steinberg and Waves, where I lost thousands of dollars invested (Nuendo and Waves Platinum) when hardware dongles were inside my stolen laptop bag.
Now BIAS has a loyal customer who buys every upgrade and never tries to cheat on software licenses. The other guys can consort with whatever thieves and criminals who now posses my stolen dongles.
