    Sure, but it requires a I/O device such as a Kona or BlackMagic card, or one of their outboard devices. Oh, and Matrox also has an entry in the field with their MXO2.

    Uh, yeah, AJA IOLA, and all the other AJA cards that support Component (or even S-Video and Composite if you needed to go there). Blackmagic Design cards, Matrox products like the MXO and MXO2 (and probably a bunch of Matrox products I don’t know about), and on and on.

    or use a 422 controller dongle and pass the signal thru a DVCAM deck like the Sony DSR-45

    If its just a little footage.. you can always send to post house for a dub or ingest
