    Hi,
I am creating a video project primarily in Premiere Pro Cs5 (where I am very comforatable) but I want to occasionally make use of a few effects with After Effects (where I am quite uncomfortable!) such as text tracking.

Here is my workflow…and where I get stuck…

1.) Click on a clip in Premiere Pro and choose Adobe Dynamic Link…Replace with After Effects Composition.
2.) I add the various colour correction..tracking effects etc…all is good..
3.) I now want to go back into Premiere Pro….I click save…and this works…but the After Effects clip plays quite slow…

How to I render this file properly? Can I do this in Premiere Pro? Do I do a ‘Pre Render’ or something in After Effects?

In addition if I want to make further changes to the After Effects Clip from Premiere Pro how do I do this?

    Edit Original or Dynamic Link?

    Thanks!

AE stuff can’t be played back real-time unless it’s rendered. Try rendering your Premiere sequence. (The enter button, if I’m not mistaken.)
