best workflow for dual camera shoot with zoom audio?
I asked earlier, but I guess my title sucked. Is there a better way to work with a dual camera (5D) shoot with audio recorded to the zoom? I’ve taken the shots and created multi cam clips synced to the zoom audio within the multi cam clip. I basically highlight the camera clips and the zoom audio in the event and created a multi cam clip.
This is a testimonial piece and the biggest nuisance I’ve found with X in this situation is the trimming. Am I missing something? It seems to take a few more steps just to trim J cuts and L cuts. Once I expand the audio (first extra step), I have to select the trim tool. If I want to roll the audio, I have to adjust the incoming and outgoing clip separately. That’s extra steps. Why can’t we do a double sided roll on audio? We can only double roll the video?
