Best way to send a clip to AE and back CS4?
I imagine there is good integration between these regarding skipping rendering. what is the best way to do a round trip from premiere to after effects and back to Premiere using CS4?

Either copy and paste clips between the two, or import a Premiere project into AE, and back to Premiere.
keep in mind that you’ll still have to render the timeline in order to preview in real time in either application, so depending on what you are doing, you may be better off exporting to uncompressed instead.

I read you can use a dynamic link between them but still have to render, so I am guessing that lowers quality
