Best Way to Output HDV 16×9 to 4×3
I’d like to edit & output all of my HDV projects in 16×9. I’d also like to output the same project to 4×3, since unfortunately, it will be of the most use. What are the best way(s) to export the whole timeline to 4×3 with just cropping the sides? I’d love to avoid editing the same project twice!

In your HDV project, File > Export > Movie (select the NTSC DV dimensions)
