Best way to mount 2 (1) Sennheiser ew 112P G4 Receivers to Camera?

I have used the following at various times.

1. Bracket 1 has a number of adapters and if you contact them directly, they are willing to customize.

2. There are a number of companies at B and H that sell one hot shoe to two hot shoe adapters. Actually cold shoes.

3. There are cube style adapters
The advantage is you can position the two receivers to have antennas pointing vertical. In my opinion, this gives the longest range.
