    hi there,
still getting the hang. its going great thus far.

i am looking for the best way to manipulate splines. maxon’s tutorials say to Object>Spline Object and then control click to make points. this isnt working, im having to use one of the preset variants.

also, the live selection tool wont let me grab handles, whats the right tool combo for this.

also, am looking at the mograph bundle deal for $1k for my work. if I buy it, could i transfer the license to them or have some time before registering to sell them on the idea of using it in the workflow. is the documentation and included info pretty well done? Does Cel render come as standard? and if i bought the special deal, would there likely be a steep upgrade with that serial from buying it cheaply in the first place. a version 10 seems likely sometime soon. but its all good, you gotta love doing this-

No iddea why it doesn’t work for you. Yes, it’s awkward, but it generally works.[linkoping skrills]

“if I buy it, could i transfer the license to them or have some time before registering to sell them on the idea of using it in the workflow.”

Dunno how it is where you live, but you get temporary licenses that run for 14 days or a month. It is required to register to continue working. So your idea won’t necessarily work the way you want to.

[linkoping skrills] “is the documentation and included info pretty well done?”

Check the downloadable PDFs. The printed docs are the same and since they are done by proper technical writers (here in Germany there are several degrees for Technische Dokumentation [technical documentation]), the are quite good (not perfect, but usually better than most others).

[linkoping skrills] “Does Cel render come as standard?”

There is a simple Cel shader included, but it’s not Sketch&Toon. S&T must still be paid for extra.

No. You just pay the normal upgrade price. There’s no catch.

Hello – you want to make sure you’re displaying Splines in your view.

Go to Display>Display Filter>and make sure Splines is checked.

    I hope that helps.
