    What would be the best way to take a layer made in photoshop and create a grid with it using hundreds of instances of that layer to form the grid? The idea is to be able to fly into different parts of the grid to illustrate different populations of people.

    Hey thanks for the advice, I tried using that Comp however, it ended up using way too many resources this way. I finally decided to use Stylize> Motion Tile and then duplicating the layer as neccessary and parenting the layers. I was able to create the exact look I need and would recommend this method if someone else has the same need.
