This is definitely an easy question that I am unable to figure out- so i appreciate the help. I captured hdv footage. 16:9 into final cut studio. I want to export the sequence to a quicktime FOR THE WEB. When i export the Qt, the dimensions are 1440×1080. The QT movie appears 4×3. i read forums and they say to import the footage as anamorphic 16×9. i believe i did this, and i have already edited the sequence, so was in need of some help. Im a bit confused about the best way to export the movie so that it will still be 16:9? THANKS-

Pick a 16:9 ratio and enter that in to the size parameters. something like 640×360 should work. if you want full size, 1920×1080. What are you using to compress?
