best way to export from premiere pro 1.5 to the internet
I have a 4 minute video that i need to upload onto the internet and keep it under 100 mb.
i did it through export media encoder windows media and it looked horrible.
can anyone help me?

Why did it look bad? What data rate did you use? And did you reduce the frame size? The average Internet video is 320X240, and at that frame size you can have a pretty high data rate and still stay under 100MB for a four minute video.
