Best way to do frame rate conversion in 10.3? Going from 29.97 and 59.97 to 23.97
I am working on a timeline that’s 24 fps. I have some footage that’s in different frame rates. I want to have the best settings to comfort it. I’ve asked this question before, but the program has had a number of updates since and I could see where things are different now.
