Best way to convert AE movie to Flash?
hello guys, iam not a flash guy at all. i have a client who asked me to make a small flash movie for his company website, since i know AE alot more than flash, i made a movie in AE and now biggets issue is file size, i compress the movie to Quicktime with motion jpeg a compression with 12 frames per second to match flash default frame rate. once i import this to flash, file size is 3.46 mb.. iam trying to reduce that size to be somewhere 1 mb and be able to maintain good quality. any suggestion? here is a link to my flash movie, its not done yet but i wanna know if its really possible before i add more stuff to it.

It was sort of unclear in the post, and this might be besides the point, but you can export to flash format directly from after effects.
Go file>export>flash (.swf)
This will bring up a window that will let you mess with the quality and the bitrate at which will play. Hopefully you can settle on a compromise that suits you.
