Best way to blur out car number plates?
Hi
I need to blur out car number plates in a piece I’m cutting. I remember trying to do this once before and not being able to restrict the blur filters to a specific part of the image. What’s the best way of doing this (in either FCP or Motion?) The cars are not moving, but there are some in moving camera shots (pans etc), so ideally I’ll need to track that part of the image.

In Motion using the the MatchMove behavior would be best:

I use Andy’s Region Blur for this….and I have a LOT of plates to blur every week.
