    Hello!

Could anyone please recommend a way to bake subdivided displacement maps from a material into the geometry of the object so that it does not need to calculate the displacement map for each render?

The only way I can think of would be to use a displacer deformer and load your material into its “Shader” parameter, and then use the “Current State to Object” command. Make sure you have plenty of subdivisions in your object to get good detail. I don’t know how much it will change the render time, but it may be worth trying.
