i’m trying to create a Quicktime file from the FCP timeline that will play easily with QuickTime, or MediaPlayer on a PC, and the usual default from FCP seems to not work on PC’s. what do you guys usually use?

    thanks again!

black magic or aja 10-bit uncompressed.

they both offer free mac & pc codecs to do this.

as long as its Standard Def resolution it should play back fine.
