  Best sequence setting preset for Canon Rebel T6 1K video

  If I shoot in interview in 1K 30 fps, which sequence setting would be ideal to edit in and export the video? This is for Youtube, social media and DVD (not sure about TV). There are so many options and I want this to look great in all formats so what is your opinion or what you feel should be the best sequence setting to drag your video into to edit? Thanks.
