Best render from FC pro res to Vegas
In a nutshell, received prores files high resolution and don’t have a FC system myself. I asked a friend to load it onto the timeline and I need to know the best resolution to render to or file type to save to that will retain the best resolution without taking the friend a week to output.
She said the quicktime pro would take a year and a day.
Footage is 1920 x 1280 23.97 HD
Need to edit on a vegas 8.
We initially tried cineform trial software, but couln’t figure out the settings in FC to save to that wouldn’t squash the image.
Any suggestions would be welcome???
