    Rendering my first video thru AE and not sure what’s the optimal settings to use.

    4 min video which will go on my blog and on youtube later. I would like decent quality and will go with mono sound.

    Is flash the best to render to? I’ll be putting this on my own server.

    any tips guidance is needed.

    go down several posts and read the youtube encoding thread… much of what is discussed there will help you.
