Best quality Camtasia settings for FCP
Does anyone have a recommendation for settings that produce the best quality for computer screen capture when imported into FCP?
Are zooms best done in Camtasia or in FCP?
I’ve done a fair bit of work with Camtasia but still not happy with the quality of text, especially closeups. So far it seems taking the AVI output from Camtasia into FCP is the best quality.
Any thoughts/input greatly appreciated.

I was asked this question recently and I requested ProRes. The files will be large, but look very nice. All the zooms were done in Camtasia so I don’t know which app is best for that use. I suspect it’s best to stay om Camtasia. FCP’s scaling isn’t that great.
