    Which one are the best settings to export proxies for fluid editing in Pr CS4, having extensive HD .mov source files (not suitable fo editing)?

    I’ve read somewhere Quicktime DNxHD or similar does the trick, but I don’t really know.

    Could you suggest me the optimal container, codec, bitrate…? Thanks
