While I can zoom in to make and modify emitters, blockers, etc. sometimes I have to zoom and scroll around far more than I want to in order to “grab” the point to move it, etc.

I think I have decent mouse (800 or 1200 dpi, can’t recall) and have set Mouse precision properties to highest I can. But perhaps there is a type of mouse that would be ideal/better, etc. for such an application?

    Thanks.

Bump (though that doesn’t really apply to how this board works – lol)

I don’t think the mouse precision has anything to do with it. I know that when you’re zoomed out, selecting an emitter or point can be a problem. Zoomed in, I don’t know about though.

I sometimes have to resort to key shortcuts to select and move emitters. TAB key cycles between emitters if an emitter is selected, or points if a point is selected. Once you get the right thing selected, use the “Move” function move that emitter or point.

OK, thanks. It’s easier when zoomed-in since there is a larger handle-ability so to speak of whatever one is trying to move around. I’ll look into the Tab thing.
