Best place to buy Avid MC 7
Hi,
I am a director starting to work with an editor on Avid and will need to get a version for my Mac, as well. Wondering the best (Least expensive) place to buy? Thanks.

Just go to Avid’s website and buy it online. Nobody really sells it any cheaper.
BTW….Avid just introduced Media Composer 8, which currently is pretty much the same as MC7, except their business model has changed…and it may help you here. You can now subscribe month to month for a very reasonable price. Since you are not an editor, you may find it makes sense to rent and not own. If not, you still have the option to buy.
Take a look and consider your options.
