  Best method for resizing 1080p to DV

  I’m having to combine DV footage with shots that are 1920 x 1080. The end result will be NTSC DV.

  I’m currently resizing the HD footage to 44% its original size, but was wondering if there are better methods to ensure the video lines match up to DV as best as is possible.
