    Best Export Setting for HD playback on computer

    We have been editing ProRes DSLR files. 1080. 30p. The client wishes to have 1080 playback on their laptop, desktop instead of the traditional DVD’s.

    I want to create a .mov file that they can double click and play. I”m wondering if they will be able to stream this file to their big screen TV.

    Should the finishing format be H.264 ? How high can I set the bitrate ? AAC audio ?

    h.264. Shoot for 5000k. That’s what you do for Vimeo and YouTube.
