Best Export Codec for DigiBeta?
Mini DV in, NTSC – what’s the best codec for timeline export going to DigiBeta PAL? None? Animation? Is there a difference required for going to DigiBeta NTSC?

Nothing will improve the quality you have. Just output what you have to digibeta. You will need a capture card.

Well, not exactly 100% factual. Changing the compressor to 8-bit uncompressed, or ProRes, or even DVCPro50 in Sequence >> Settings >> Quicktime Video Settings and re-rendering, will at least improve your graphics and text dramatically by increasing your color depth to 4:2:2 from the very destructive 4:1:1 or 4:0:1 color depth of DV.
