    Hi

    I have a five-minute HD movie (1080) that’s a bit more than 5 GB.

    If possible, I’d like to compress it to under 150 MB at 690 X 388. Anyone have any tips on compression settings that will produce the best quality at the smallest size?

    I am not sure what the size will be but I have used the Youtube preset in compressor many times and it looks great. You can try tweaking the settings if you want to suit your taste.
