  Best Compression settings for DVD from AE

  hi, I need to render a ton of movies from AE for Edit in Final Cut and then for DVD in DVD studio pro.. Anyone know what the best efficient codec to render from AE would be, I cant lose much quality but i need to do it quickly…any thought would be greatly appreciated
