  • Best and fastest way to create 25 different DVDs Using Compressor

I’ve edited about 25 company presentations shot on XDcam and edited in FCP7. Each is about 30-40 minutes long.

I’ve exported a self contained QT file of each.
Now I want to use Compressor 3.5 to create m2v files of each so I can bring them into DVD SP and create the DVD masters.

What’s the fastest and best way to do this? Should I just create a droplet in compressor and drop all of the QT files into it? Any other advise?

Drop all of those files into Compressor, into the drop zone. Then add the BEST QUALITY DVD setting to all of them, and hit SUBMIT.

If rendering time is an issue, you might want to look into enabling QMaster and getting clustered processing going in Compressor.

Or just let it crunch overnight/weekend.
