beginner: ice cubes coming out of shower head

Hi — think it is complicated to get this realistic and theres also the problem of getting the ice cubes to react with the person in the shower ! ( need a big budget or another shoot using real ice cubes I think – maybe shot at high frame rate and slowed down )

—- however if you have a voice over saying something like ‘- is your shower like ice cubes” then one way to go is to stylise it — use a cartoon style or an info graphic style maybe ??

hi thanks for ur response. yes i do not want it to be realistic at all lol cartoon like is fine. but how do i go about doing that. e.g what are the tasks called in the menu. im still learning to use this excellent program.

Try Effect > Simulation > Foam

In the Rendering drop down, change Bubble Texture Layer to the ice cube layer.
