Beeping noise during playback- AVID,
I have Avid Media Composer 5. Windows 7. Am having trouble with beeping sound when playing clip sequence. Ugh. New to Avid, used to FCP. Any help appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Not familiar with it, unrendered audio?

Does the playback window flash a white outline before playback starts?
Does it happen when playing in the source or record window.
Open tools console. Any messages there related to it?Pat Horridge
