    Hey all,
Having an issue on what should be pretty straight forward.

I want to joint 2 circle shape layers with a beam. These 2 circle shape layes are tracked (x,y) to individual trackers (nulls). Another method I have tried is applying the position track to the circle shape layes, which are then offset slightly with anchor point. Works great up to this point.

Then, on a new layer, I set a beam effect, and the goal is to having beam starting point follow one shape, and end point follow the other. If I Beam>Position>Pickwhip the Pos of a circle, it follows the position perfectly, but the issue is, I have the circle slightly offset with anchor point. I want the Beam to follow where the circle is now, not its position.

If I Beam>Position>Pickwhip the circle itself, I get error Öbject of typer Layer found where a Number, Array, Or Porperty is needed”

Does anyone know a fix or workaround?

    Thanks in advance.
