    Hey,

I’ve searched for an answer before posting, nothing…
I know how to use the effect, but for what I’m trying to do, can’t get it to work…

It’s very simple, I have 5 text layers which each contain one line of text, I applied the wiggle position to each text layer, so they constantly move/float around…

Now I want to link these text blocks with a stroke (beam) that will obviously move along with them…

I pickwhiped the starting and ending points to the position values in the wiggle (transform) submenu for the text layers, but nothing…

    please help

That’s basically what I would do, if I understand you correctly, but I don’t know why it wouldn’t work.

Are the text layers using 2D or 3D positioning? Are the start and end of the beam really not moving at all? What if you look at the numerical values, are they changing but a small amount or not at all?
