    Oh hai 🙂

first sorry for my bad english 🙂

Well i have an encoding problem. I wanna create a BD-R from some rendered 1080p footage (25fps). Everytime i import the renderd quicktime (animationcodec) as an asset in encore it makes a timeline in 720p no matter if i choose 25p oder 50i for the transcode settings – really wired 8-o

So i thought to leave encore and doing the encoding in premiere but the result is always the same. i’m getting a 720p file 🙁

Next i did the encoding in TMPG and Quicktime – both are working fine but the Output (m2t and mv4) can’t be importet in encore without transcoding AGAIN! NOW THIS is totaly strange – because i thought Bluray is h.264 OR Mpeg-2. Hmmm…. to you guys have any tips for me?

    Thanks!!!

If I’m not mistaken, 1080p/25 isn’t part of the Blu-ray spec. It’s not a legal BRD file.
