That’s what is supported. What are the error messages and when do you get them?

Happens when I apply any BCC5 plugin to the time line.
Message as follows: Exception: AParamiter: Unique Indentifier to Parameter ID- Unable to convert UID to Param ID

Is this an error pop up or a message in the record monitor?

Can I get your full system specs an hardware if any?

    Hey Mathew.

First off. Thanks for helping me out with this. I have a query into Boris as well but they aren’t so “Johnny on the spot” geting back.

The error is a pop up.
This system was running V3.12 with Borris 5 np. It was a bundled version that came with the V3.05 upgrade.

I’m currently running this on a MacBook Pro dual core intel@ 2.6ghz w 4gigs or ram and an SDI Mojo.

My other plugins, Moving Picture and Magic Bullet don’t seem to be effected.

    Graham,

I am Boris Support ;). It look like you sent the query after everyone was gone for the weekend.

I’ve seen a similar error before. Can you try pulling the SDI Mojo off the system and see if you have the same result?

Is this on all projects/ Project types/Avid users/ all BCC filters?

Actually I haven’t had the mojo hooked up since I installed v4.
    Any other suggestions?

I need to know if you are seeing this across all projects, avid users and BCC filters.

Can you start a new project and new user and bring in some test footage to see if the filter works?

Do you have other 3rd arty filters installed?

Also whats the exact version of MC you’re on? It looks like this was an issue at one point with MC 3 maybe it was in an early build of MC 4. Check out this thread:

    Mathew,

Wow, I really appreciate all the time you are putting in on this. I will do a “full work up” based on your questions tomorrow. I will need to copy some media over from my other Avid which is still running version 3.13 software. My current version is version 4.02. What I might try is to grab a sequence from the other machine with some boris plugins already in the time line and see what that does. I’ll get back to you tomorrow.

    Thanks again

Actually in the middle of an email conversation with Avid right now. I was not able to start MC with the mojo attached. Seems to be related to the other problem. I have uninstalled MC and will delete Boris off the system as well and start from scratch.

Thanks again, I’ll keep you posted.
