BCC 9 Extruded EPS = black screen
I use BCC9 in Vegas Pro 13.
I add Extruded EPS fx to an empty event and select the AI file. Then I only get a black screen with a white text showing the path to the selected ai file.
Any idea?

Check your OpenGl and GPU settings….

My PC has two display adapters, both AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series.
It makes no difference if I change ‘GPU acceleration of video processing’ to -None- or -Advanced Micro devices, Inc-, in ‘Preferences/Video’; either way I still get the black screen.
Is there a different place to change the OpenGl and GPU settings?

It could be a problem with the AI file. It must be saved in Illustrator 8 format. Nothing newer will work! Post it here so we can take a look if you already saved it as an Illustrator 8 file and want us to check it out.

I am working with AI CS9. Fallowing your advice I saved the file as AI8 (*.ai and *.eps) and still doesn’t work
