  Batch digitize failure with DSR-11 Firewire

  I am working with a friend to recapture an older job on his Power PC G4, 10.3.2, Media 100 Ver 8.2.2. When we try to recapture with batch digitize using his DSR-11, the system reports “Timecode break or dropout found on tape”. Tried on several tapes and had the same problem. When we go to get out of that mode, the system crashes upon return to the main application. This is the same system the original show was cut and the same deck. This is the first time they have had the need to recapture a program so they are working with out a net. I did have the oppertunity to load this job file on a Media 100 Producer system and had no problem with batch digitizing the same material from the very same DSR-11, via firewire.
